Ministry of Care

Eucharistic Ministers of Care visit the hospital and the homebound in the name of Christ and Our Lady of Mount Carmel Parish. These visits include bringing the Eucharist, praying, supporting and comforting those members of our community unable to join us for our weekly liturgy.

Minister of care training as well as Called To Protect training are required prior to participating in this ministry.

Ministers of care are in need of people to distribute Eucharist to the sick at Temp St. Lukes and the homebound. If you’re interested in volunteering for this ministry please contact the ministry head.
